Nutrition
It's that time of year. All the food holidays are coming up. It's time for me to get back on my nutrition plan. I've fallen off of it over the last couple months. Starting this week, I will go back to my large breakfasts, mid sized lunches, and light snacks for dinner. Hopefully I can keep off the holiday weight. :)

I've always read that's the best way to good nutrition. I'm more like Angee, though - not a breakfast person! I'm eager to see how it works for you throughout the season.
It is a struggle for me to eat breakfast.... I know it sounds like I am nuts. But water and coffee is it for me for hours .... I know it is not good though. I am trying to do better, cottage cheese, boiled eggs, ... it's a start.
