Challeng Day 2: "B"
B is for Biking:
I am finally getting back into riding my bike. I've ridden 4 times in a week and a half for about 77 miles. Not that much because it was all on the road. The last ride was with my team, so it was a very tough ride with lots of steep long climbs. It was tough and I lagged behind, but I made it. I can feel that the hormones have taken a lot of my strength. I can't sustain the effort on long climbs. I will do what I can for as long as I can. Riding with my teammates is what keeps me going.
