"L" is for

L is for Lightweight.
   I'm sure anybody who has only known me for a few years or so, would not believe how I looked 10 years ago. At one point I was over 200 pounds. I'm only 5' 8" and it wasn't muscle. I started cutting back on fast food, eating more for breakfast and lees for dinner, and started cycling. Now I usually stay around 150-155. I look back at pictures and I can't believe the difference.

Really! WOW! What an accomplishment!That's something to really be proud of! It's very hard to lose weight - you lost an entire person - it's even hard to keep it off and you've managed to do just that!

I'm VERY proud of you!!!
